My garden is about 2 acres in size with asparagus,red raspberries,blueberries,garlic,heirloom tomatoes,sweet corn,pole beans,potatoes and onions my primary crops. The soil is a well drained sandy loam that is subject to becoming powder dry. Growing seasons can be somewhat short with frosts common in May and September.

This last half of June has been the wettest I have seen in the last 20 years. Not good for ripening strawberries.

Same here on the west coast. I didn't realize it had been so wet out there too.
