Hello from Costa Rica;
We have a mini farm, with 5 rescue dogs, 80 free range chickens (which really run all over the yard, with the dogs.)Also is Thelma & Louise and 5 babies, Kiki the parrot, and Chevito.
We have 2 cabins to rent for $50 a night. They are huge with a/c and a full kitchen out the back.
Come and walk in our valley where we have the fish ponds, bananas, Mangos, Lemons, Neem, and more plants for rainwater harvesting.
USDA Zone:
Soil: red clay, hard, lots of erosion due to extreme rain, am applying Brad Lancasters work with RainWater Harvesting.

Hola to you all out there that love nature and gardening.
Just wanted to let everyone know that if LOVE COSTA RICA.....and would like to experience a sustainable development then you need to come to our mini ranch in Tamarindo.
Our animal farm includes, 5 rescue dogs, over 80 free range chickens, ( and YES , they actually run free with our dogs) Thelma & Louise (our momma ducks with 5 new babies, - Kiki the parrot, and of course Chevito ( our wonderful hired man).

Our other projects into Tilapia ponds, and over 1,000 Neem trees ( that have over 100 Medicinal Uses).

Here is a photo of my Chia, this is the first time I planted this, so next year will throw seeds all over, so my chickens can eat it.

How is this for a huge mango, my one tree produced over 150 mangos, which I froze and made chutney.
